As per the permission granted by the District Education Officer (Primary), Pune, a pilot installation of the Multi-Task Programmable School Bell System with Emergency Siren, Automated Prayers, Voice-Over Announcements and PA Communication was carried out at Z.P. Primary School, Nighoje, Tal. Khed, Dist. Pune.
The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness, usability, and educational impact of the system for possible district and state-wide implementation.
Device installed: Smart School 360 Automated Bell System — installed and fully operational from day one.
Six specific outcomes were being evaluated for district and state-level feasibility.
Nine modules installed and operational from day one of the pilot.
Based on direct school and Block Education Officer feedback collected during the pilot period.
During the entire pilot period, three key technical outcomes were confirmed.
Clear bell and announcement audio confirmed in every classroom, corridor, and outdoor area of the campus.
Not a single missed bell or system failure was reported during the entire pilot period. Every bell rang on time.
Built-in 12V 7Ah battery ensured completely uninterrupted operation through all power outages during the pilot.

After reviewing the school feedback and BEO report, the DEO (Primary), Pune observed the following and submitted recommendations to the State Project Director (SPD).
